Troubleshooting

The water purifier won’t fit my faucet. What should I do?

  • Ensure your faucet has a removable aerator. The Lavuna purifier is compatible with most standard taps.
  • Try using one of the included adapter rings for a secure fit.
  • If it still doesn’t fit, check our compatibility guide or contact our support team for assistance.

There’s a leak where the purifier connects to my faucet

Make sure the rubber washer is correctly placed inside the connection point.

Tighten the purifier gently but firmly—do not overtighten, as this may cause leaks.

If using an adapter, ensure it is properly screwed onto your faucet before attaching the purifier.

The water flow is weak or too slow.

The filter may need to be flushed before first use—run water through it for 2-3 minutes.

Check if the filter is installed correctly and fully seated inside the unit.

If the issue persists, the filter may be clogged due to high sediment levels in your water. Try replacing the filter.

How do I know when to change my filter?

The digital display on your purifier will notify you when it’s time to replace the filter.

If water flow decreases or taste changes, it’s a sign that your filter may need replacing sooner.

My purifier is dripping after I turn off the tap.

A few drops after shutting off the tap are normal.

If it continuously drips, check if the filter is properly secured and that there’s no build-up of trapped air inside the unit.
