UK Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all UK addresses, including:

  • England, Scotland, and Wales (mainland)
  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands (may take 1-2 days longer)
  • Isle of Man and Channel Islands (additional 1-2 days)
  • BFPO addresses

Remote areas: Some remote locations may require additional delivery time. We'll notify you if this affects your order.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the following countries outside the UK:

Delivery Issues

What if I'm not home?

Our couriers will attempt delivery and leave a card if you're unavailable. You can:

  • Arrange redelivery for a specific date
  • Collect from local depot
  • Nominate a safe place (at your discretion)
  • Arrange delivery to a neighbour

Delayed or missing parcel?

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Check tracking for latest update
  • Allow 24 hours after expected delivery before contacting us
  • Contact us at info@lavuna.com with your order number
  • We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly

Damaged on arrival?

While rare, damage can occur in transit. If your Lavuna arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and product
  • Don't discard the packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately

Special Delivery Instructions

PO Box Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Business Addresses

Deliveries to business addresses work just like home delivery. Ensure:

  • Reception is aware a personal parcel is arriving
  • Company name is included in address
  • Contact number is valid during business hours

Apartment Buildings

For apartment deliveries, please include:

  • Building name/number
  • Apartment/flat number
  • Any access codes (in delivery notes)
  • Contact number for courier

Holiday Shipping

During Christmas and peak holiday periods, we recommend ordering earlier to ensure delivery:
