What's Covered

Your Lavuna is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components
  • LED display malfunctions
  • Leaking housing or connections
  • Filter housing defects
  • Tap adapter failures

✗ Not Covered

  • Replacement filters (consumables)
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

Good to know: Our warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, not a replacement for them.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain your warranty coverage, please ensure:

  • Product is used for normal household purposes
  • Installation follows provided instructions
  • Only genuine Lavuna filters are used
  • Product is not modified or altered
  • Maintenance follows our guidelines
  • Product is not used commercially

Proof of purchase required: Please retain your order confirmation email or receipt. You'll need this to make a warranty claim.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered by warranty, the process is simple:

Contact Us
Email info@lavuna.com with your order number and description of the issue. Include photos if possible.
We'll Assess
Our team will review your claim within 24 hours and may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps.
Resolution
If approved, we'll either send a replacement part, arrange a full replacement, or process a refund—your choice.
Return (if needed)
If we need the faulty unit returned, we'll provide a prepaid return label. No cost to you.

Fast resolution: Most warranty claims are resolved within 3-5 business days from first contact.

Your Consumer Rights

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), you have additional protections:

First 30 Days

If your product is faulty, you have the right to a full refund.

First 6 Months

If a fault develops, it's assumed to have been present at purchase. You're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Up to 6 Years

Products must last a reasonable time. If a fault develops, you may still have rights depending on the nature of the defect.
